Strength Training
Movement training builds on body awareness and brings it into strength and movement.

Working to maintain a relaxed state - then lift.Â

These sessions are great for learning the foundations for movement and for total body resets. Allow yourself to integrate strength in a calm, regulated space.Â
A different kind of training environment

StoneFlow Bodywork is a small bodywork and movement studio tucked upstairs inside Genuine Fitness Gym, a state-of-the-art personal training and bodybuilding facility located in Eugene, Oregon. We are a little oasis within the energy of the gym, if you will.Â

StoneFlow is for people who want to feel more connected to their bodies — who want to feel good and move well, while engaging in body awareness skills, improving nervous system regulation and developing a substantial foundation for improving fitness goals, movement, and other hobbies/activities outside the gym that you may enjoy.Â

Offering multiple services which vary in intention but are highly complementary! We want to meet you where you are, while setting you up for your future by teaching foundational skills and helping to improve overall awareness of the body, the breath and the ground!

We all have different needs at different times, and sometimes the best thing you can do is simply be still and enjoy a massage. Settle into the table, let the body relax, and experience the therapeutic effects of skilled hands-on (or feet-on) work.

Sometimes it means bringing a little more attention to your breath, your position, or the way a joint moves, while enjoying tension-reducing massage. By allowing yourself to be guided a little deeper into your own body awareness— maybe participating in a specific bodywork session designed to be involved and deeply relaxing at the same time. I call this "Body Awareness Massage" - we move a little, we talk more, and we assess and reassess to ensure the work is effective.

And sometimes it means taking that awareness into strength training and actually practicing what you've learned about your body and start putting it into movement—building strength from where you are now, learning how to move well under load, and becoming more comfortable with what your body can do.
